How often should I visit for a dental cleaning and check-up?

Do you perform root canals?

Should I bring anything with me to my first appointment?
Please download our patient forms and bring them and your dental insurance information to your first appointment. If you’re visiting our office for a second opinion or were referred by another dentist, please contact our office. We’ll discuss any medical records if we need copies.
Do you accept dental insurance?
