I've been having major dental procedures for decades. I've gone to many different dentists over the years. Dr. Gauthier is THE BEST dentist I've ever been to. He is a compassionate person yet very professional. He is up to date on the latest procedures. I've been going to him for years now, ever since he started in Northboro, and he has taken excellent care of me, my husband, and kids. You can trust his expertise and fair prices. His office has been remodeled, but don't let the fancy facade let you think there isn't a human touch, his staff is caring and friendly, too.

As always, Dr. Gauthier and his team did a fantastic job! This time it was to replace an old filling... this experience, and every one before it, has been flawless. From regular thorough cleanings to complicated and extensive cosmetic repair, all was done perfectly, with as little pain as I could imagine. I am actually happy to go to the dentist for whatever needs to be done, because I know I am in expert, caring hands. They are simply the BEST. Thank you, Apex Dental.

I would like to thank Dr. Gauthier and his team of professionals for giving me their immediate attention when I arrived without an appointment and a request from my Oncologist for status of my dental health, prior to starting treatments.
Being a long-time patient of Apex Dental, I was in perfect dental health, and there was no need for any work or reason to delay my treatments. There was a lot more that Dr. Gauthier and his team did for me than is provided here.
I highly recommend Apex Dental, Dr Gauthier, all the girls at the desk, and his dental assistants. I can't remember all their names and don't want to forget any of them. So I'll have to end by saying thank you all again.

They've been my dentists for the last three years, and I can't think of a bad or even less-than-stellar experience I've had with them. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the care has been excellent. I can't think of a better dental experience than I've had with them. Highly recommend!

A crown became dislodged while I flossed the other night, which prompted me to call and leave a message at Dr. Gauthier’s office the next morning. I received a return call soon after they opened, and they were able to accommodate me within the hour. As is always the case, all of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, and Dr. Gauthier once again demonstrated why he is the reigning and undisputed World Dentistry Federation Champion.
My family and I have been patients at Dr. Gauthier’s practice for many years, and there’s no doubt that the treatment and service we have always received is the very best. If you’re new to the area, or considering changing dentists, don’t hesitate in the least in choosing Dr. G. and Apex Dental in Northborough.

My recent visit was for a tooth repair or possible replacement and a cleaning. Dr. Gauthier assessed the tooth and quickly repaired it. I always feel confident that the proper approach will be taken. Nicole then performed the cleaning and did an excellent job of communicating on how to better care for my teeth. I find the entire staff to be very informative and very efficient.

My son has been struggling with odd symptoms for over a year that were indicative of TMJ, but we were constantly brushed off by dentists who looked at his "perfect jaw" and simply said he was fine. Then we hit a point where it manifested into agonizing pain that sent him to the ER. The ER was unable to help, but did suggest a TMJ doctor.
We found Dr. Gauthier, who took us in as an emergency case (he probably missed lunch) and did a very impressive exam with excellent diagnostic tools that finally confirmed my son's TMJ and how severe it was. He then came up with a plan to help. The most informative appointment we have had in over 2 years! I really recommend Dr. Gauthier!

Quite honestly, the best dentist I’ve ever had. The office is clean and not too clinical-feeling, and all the staff are lovely. You can opt in to receive calls/texts to remind you of upcoming appointments, which I heavily rely on! One time, I was even able to call and make an impromptu same-day appointment for a cleaning.
Oh, and when I needed a crown, they were able to make it the same day! By the time they were done with my cleaning, it was ready to put on. I still have it years later and am very happy with it. I’ve never liked going to the dentist, but these guys aren’t so bad.

Very professional and friendly practice. I had gone a few years without seeing a dentist, but there was no judgment, and the experience was so much better than other practices. I have used them for not only cleanings, but teeth whitening and a mouth guard. The entire staff has a great demeanor with slightly nervous patients like myself. While I will never enjoy going to the dentist, this place gets my business!

I had the best experience at Apex Dental. On my first visit, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. I was then taken on a tour of the office and given a gift. I was taken in for my appointment promptly. The hygienist Nicole was amazing!
My teeth feel so clean. Dr. Gauthier is very thorough. He showed me his YouTube channel. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. They have a variety of services, including cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend going to Apex Dental.

My family of six has been with Apex Dental for over 10 years. We had tried other offices prior to finding Apex. The other offices were difficult to work with when scheduling group appointments or recommending expensive “pre-emptive” procedures. Apex has been very receptive to working around our schedule, and they take the time to educate you on options as opposed to telling you what should be done. On top of that, they are punctual (no long waits), the rooms are private, and the staff is very professional.
Additionally, Dr. Gauthier is dedicated to finding cutting-edge technology which will provide the best care for his patients and save you time and money without sacrificing quality (same-day root canals – that is how we found Apex 10 years ago, not many offices were doing it at the time). We have had nothing but the best care and experiences at Apex Dental.

I am a new patient here and just had my first cleaning. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Gauthier and the dental hygienists are highly trained and knowledgeable- I got a lot out of my first visit due to questions I had with my TMJ and bruxism.
They were able to schedule me a mouthguard fitting ASAP, as my mouthguard needed an adjustment. Even though I just had the cleaning and mouthguard adjustment, I can already see how much Dr. Gauthier truly cares for his patients' health and well-being. I highly recommend Apex Dental.

My experience at Apex Dental has been top-notch. The staff is friendly and warm the moment you walk through the door. The hygienists are personable and knowledgeable, making each cleaning a comfortable yet fun experience.
Dr. Gauthier is, by far, the best dentist I have ever had. He's truly living his passion, which is evident when you're in his care. I just completed my dental implant here, and I could not be happier. It is so nice to smile freely without being nervous or self-conscious. Dr Gauthier's pride in his workmanship is evident. It came out beautifully. The office is modern, professional, and extremely sensitive to my "dental anxiousness". They took the time to explain clearly what to expect and are extremely kind. Definitely worth the money.

Excellent service. Left my old dentist, and Apex made it a painless process. Clean, beautiful office and an excellent hygienist made for a very pleasant experience.
Just got the crown for my implant. Dr. Bob did an excellent job. Tooth feels like its always been there. I would actually go as far as saying it's better than my real teeth. If you need dental work, Dr. Bob is the go-to dentist.

"Going to Apex for the first time, was quite good. I am a nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist, but Tina was fabulous, gentle and such a nice person. The thorough exam they did was impressive. Dr. Gauthier was clear in his explanations and seems like a great doctor. A little noisy with the televisions on, however.
